THE TEACHER

In 2009, on my birthday, I took a 5Rhythms Waves class in Lawrence, Kansas, and it changed my life. It felt like coming home.

In 2010, I met Gabrielle Roth, the founder of 5Rhythms, in a grocery store parking lot just before attending her formidable 10-day Intensive. I returned home so deeply transformed that I barely recognized my own life. It felt as though everything that was not me had fallen away. I spent the next 15 years dancing with each of the 5Rhythms maps, many teachers, many places, my home community, and alone in my living room, until the 5Rhythms became my primary spiritual path and practice.

In 2024, I completed the 1-year 5Rhythms Waves Level Teacher Training, and I continue dance at my growing edge as a student and practitioner. It is my heart’s desire to bring together a community of dancing maniacs, connected to self and source.
